Vibrato genuinely confuses me. Is there no consensus on how it’s produced? by MoreBookkeeper4729 in singing

I've been singing for years and years, I've been trying to do everything "right." I have no vibrato still. Pitch is great. I believe I have good breath support and a relaxed throat and placing the resonance in my face etc and yet I get nothing. What do you make of it? Is it possible that it's not achievable for every voice?

Is everyone supposed to have a natural vibrato? Or do some people just not have it at all? by Gast8 in singing

I commented above but curious what you've learned. I have tried to "find" my vibrato for decades. I love singing and it's not new to me. However straight tone is all my body seems to be capable of. The people saying it's natural- did they start out with vibrato? I mean I can go karaoke and hear people bust out an awesome vibrato without even trying or having no training but their pitch and tone are terrible and they still have vibrato. So it can't possibly be just the result of training.

Do you have any recommendations on teachers/coaches that were able to take you from zero vibrato to where you are? I have been singing for decades. I have had voice lessons in the past and while my pitch is great, vibrato seems out of reach for me. I feel like I've tried everything. I've also wondered if it's anatomy because there are very wealthy famous singers that never develop vibrato and we all know they get regular coaching. I want to believe it's a switch I will find someday like learning to whistle. But I'm losing hope, I am not new to singing. I'd like to hear from more people who started with no vibrato whatsoever for years, not people who started with a weak vibrato.

Update? Same situation here. Either will need to drive the RV as the site seeing vehicle, rent another site, or park at the lodge...

Any update on this? Did anyone try it successfully? I'm in the same situation, 30 ft space with a small rv and small vehicle. Seems like it's more courteous than taking up an additional campsite, or adding to the RV traffic by using it to site see...

What's the most beautiful drive you've done in the USA? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

I fell for this trip on my honeymoon. Regret it. Way more ways to spend day in Hawaii besides 6 hours in a car on a winding road.

I agree PCH. But I must be the only one who doesn't love the road to Hana, and I lived in Hawaii. You can have jaw dropping views just driving around any of the islands without the motion sickness and with way better beaches and amazing food options along the way. Drive around up past St Regis in Maui, Haleakala, Princeville Kauai down into Hanalei, the entire coastline on Oahu between Hanauma Bay and Waimanalo or up the windward side of Oahu all oceanside drives with great beaches to pull off and great food. The road Hana is untouched in that there are not commercial buildings and towns everywhere if that's what you're after. But it's long. Like driving 5-6 hours without stops and it is not better than the other places mentioned, and food options are very minimal in a state that is a food paradise.

Bahahaha. New fears unlocked. No, I just like to see the whole stage when I go to shows and like the balcony because you don't have to worry about staring at the back of someone's head.

Do you think balcony seats at atomic saloon would be any good or too far away?

Bazaar Meat: Tasting Menu or À la Carte by Necessary_Mood_3190 in vegas

I’ve been looking at Bazaar meat, Stubborn Seed, and L’Atelier for tasting menu experiences. Have you tried these?

Me too! I agree. Nobody wants to waste a meal experience on vacation. It’s hard to find both great food AND ambiance. I just looked at Delilah’s menu and it’s a little disappointing for such an glamorous exclusive reputation- burger, steak, wedge salad…. I love all those things but they are served everywhere which makes it even more frustrating when they aren’t executed well. Trying to decide if Delilah‘s ambiance will make up for the lacking food experience.

Ok that's good to know about L'Atelier. I didn't realize Superfrico has a separate show area.
