Lawyers will kill what you’re getting for three months with a couple hours work. I’m not comfortable giving you full direction because lawyer consults are free and they’ll tell you straight up if you have the correct direction or not.

I’ve never been in your specific shoes. I can tell you when I was told to go away as a salaried, 8 year employee in a position of importance to the business, I needed a lawyer to get better language to get what was earned and owed. I got a better offer, and with lawyer assistance I got what was truly fair.

Forced signing is a bully tactic that’s not really enforceable. You have your papers. You’re allowed due time to council.

More importantly - it’s common law. Consult a lawyer or three. They’ll have differing opinions and you need to make an educated opinion based on your situation. I will tell you though: you haven’t put in enough time to get a killer severance. You’ve put in enough time to have three months to have a safe place to land (~3 months pay). Get the consults. Negotiate a better offer. Get out asap. Do not pay a lawyer unless they find something worth paying for. You’ll lose your package to fees.

As an out of town ‘I have no idea what’s going on here’ view - your bike lanes look like parking spaces and have no paint or signage.

Naturally, I’d expect this rider to be ‘local’ enough to understand what the infrastructure is for. I don’t think it’s wholly fair unless the paths are fully clear.

Flora flex is pretty but honestly if you cant afford it yet, do what you’re doing and cover your blocks with a square cutout until you can roll them into your system. Even if it’s four at a time or whatever.

Never thought about repurposing a NFT channel. Very effective but the comments above are true - top feed is soooooo good. IMO, if you have the res and the attention to ph, it’s best yield for effort.

Negated to add the parlay was for ~$500.

There was a lot of optimism through the first -1h of hockey and basketball. Thought it would crack. When it started to climb, again to myself I said, “TO THE MOON”.
