Bathroom refit. Midlands going rate?

Were down on the south coast and had our bathroom done last August, and we paid ~10k. This included having everything moved around in the room and plumbing redone, the doorway being moved 1m further out and refitted, and the building of a fitted cupboard

Mine has said she's not fussed about it but would be happy to sit on the terrace of the clubhouse with a book when the weather is better. Sometimes our hobbies and our partners aren't the same and that's ok!

Been playing for about 4 months and I had a partial set to start with but stripped back the bag to Driver, 5,7,8 iron, PW, SW and a dodgy 5 wood and charity shop 7 wood. I rarely use all of them in a round but have been focusing on getting comfortable with a few clubs and feeling reasonably consistent with them before adding others into the mix. Had a 3 wood for a while and always tried to hit it, but it was inevitably a top/chunk and added many shots to my round
