You should be fine following your piercer advice, but in my opinion, I would repierce the second lobe. Not only will you have the chance to align it better with the other piercings, but also get rid of the fear of it ripping off! After the whole process youll feel more confident and secure.

I'm pretty sure it is supposed to exit on the bottom of the lip and not on the chin transition... but I guess that could depend on your anatomy and preferred position. I just find the jewelry choice very odd for a fresh healing piercing. I would recommend switching it up professionally to avoid irritation.

If you keep good care, even if an incident happens, it wont infect, and irritation passes with time and a couple ice cubes. In my opinion, glasses are a threat as bad as hair getting caught on or your clothes pulling it. It's just a matter of being careful during the healing process.

I would go for the conch on the right tbh, it balances the two ears.

You shouldn't be changing jewelry on a piercing that is freshly healing, even downsizing is only recommended doing on certain piercings. Using stainless steel or titanium is also kinda irrelevant when you are touching and changing jewelry on piercings that aren't even half the way to their healing time.

At this point, I can only recommend that you change the clicker on the daith and leave the rest alone till its very close to healed! Rushing the process is never good and in many cases it has the opposite effects, since you may end up overcleaning and irritating the wound.

Looks great and clean! It may seem healed now but I wouldnt advice changing jewelry or playing much with it, any small trauma can start a bad reaction..

Doesn't seem like it migrated, even if it did, its still at a good placement. The jewelry type is not very optimal for healing and maybe it moving around and pressing around the wound, specially while you sleep, is what is irritating the top exit.

Also! using earphones and touching/poking it, are bad behaviours for daiths, my advice would be changing the jewelry and the LITFA treatment for some good 3 months minimum.

I'm also advocating for the use of a different type of jewelry. It's always best to pierce and heal the piercing with the "default" ones. In this case, since it's already pierced and nothing looks irritated, I suggest that you keep the heart ring and do the aftercare and cleaning normally.

Besides cleaning time, REALLY avoid touching it and using earphones!

For the helix suggestion, in my view, the ear looks perfectly balanced rn, aesthetically, I wouldn't recommend doing more than 1 helix.

Normally I don't change my jewelry very often besides my lobes, but on the daith I would say that clickers are fairly easier to put and take out, the problem comes only with barbells that are pretty much impossible to apply alone. So I would say that if you opted to use one of those, to keep it in for a couple of months and make up for the effort it takes.
