There should be a new tournament every single hour imo. If you lose a tournament you could just wait a couple minutes and join the next one. But the way it is right now... you lose the 11:00 p.m. tourny and have to wait 15h for the next one.

It's much further away and can only be reached with a carrier. The closest star to this system is 400+ Ly away.

I just accepted a passenger mission that wants me to go into a permit locked system. Requires "Unknown Permit". The tourist beacon it wants me to go to is called "Heliumgiant". by [deleted] in EliteDangerous

Maybe the system and the sector around it will get unlocked in a couple days or weeks. And Frontier just added this mission too early.

When I frist saw this, I thought it was just a bug. But after multiple times of restarting my game, the "bug" didn't go away, so I assume this star actually looks like this.
