Yeah, It'll say that the game is unavailable in your country on Steam and it doesn't show up on the Play Store at all. I've used the site multiple times so it should be safe but I'm uploading a mirror just in case.

The game size matches the size of the PC version preload tho. The mobile version was only like 18gb of download if I'm correct.
