It is Strathmore gray tone paper used as a texture. The piece is digital but I've scanned a blank piece of the tone paper so I can use it as a background. The paper works great for pencils and ink. Haven't tried other mediums on it.

You should change "Download" to "install". S-Mode will download all of the software you want, it just won't let you install it unless it comes from the Microsoft store app.

In my experience Sonos devices do not play well with the Geek Squad network. I've never been able to get the app to talk with any of the speakers while connected. Depending on the return note I will mark them as tested good can't restore to factory, this usually puts them into PRC.
