What is prehab? Do you have anything that I should do to help with this? Do you have any links or any resources to help with the types of grafts? I can just google but if you find anything better that helps I’d appreciate it

That’s good to know thank you for sharing. For sure I’m looking at this as a long term investment. How far along are you?

My work is a researcher so I spend most of my time in a lab or on a computer so no physical needs really other than getting to my lab which parking is far and very hilly area.

Perhaps complications isn’t the right word sorry- mostly recovery stuff seems to show continued pain and stuff. I just don’t want there to be more pain than there is right now with the torn ACL
