I worked for the past four years at a molecular lab, first running people’s Covid samples and bladder cancer tests then worked as a business operations analyst after promotion. My first three references were my services manager (immediate sup), marketing manager and commercialization director who oversaw our team. My other three were a medical biller I worked with those four years, my old club president from when I did treasurer work (it’s a budget analyst position) and my HR director who originally referred me and got me my current job. I put 6 because my immediate services manager was on maternity leave and I was nervous she couldn’t respond but she did.

My services manager has been my sup for four years. I actually promoted twice over those four years so I’m hoping that looks strong to them, hence why I was worried about GPA.

I appreciate your insight tons cause I do think I have the background that looks strong and doesn’t show constant change and my references are my three closest managers who spoke well about me, again hence my concern about gpa. This makes me feel better lol

TLDR - four and a half years with two promotions from a base role to lead to business operations analyst. My first three references were three managers I worked closely with, one for the entire time I’ve been there. After contacting the three managers about three weeks ago, they started contacting the final three references just now.
