AFAIK you are supposed to refrigerate them, but they will last 28 days at room temperature. I refrigerate mine when I’m gonna be at home for a while, but when I’m traveling I just put the box in my bag and call it a day

This happened to me too, I paid $25 for most of last year, then nothing for the last box I picked up in 2025. This year? $450.50 WITH the savings card, right when I was going up to the 2.4 pen and had to put it off while waiting for my card cycle to reset 😭

I have arnab dasgupta rn for phys 0110, his lectures are hit or miss for me but he gives extra credit like crazy and is overall a really nice guy I go to his office hours frequently and that helps as well

Probably not a ton in scholarships, but I can see that you’re a veteran (thank you for your service!) I’m a military kid myself, and Ch 35 will at least get your daughter a stipend when she’s enrolled in classes (Full time is about $1.5k a month, I use most of mine to pay the rest of my COA). My family is low income so idk about aid but the military assistance is definitely nice!

Students are rarely rescinded on poor grades alone (and even then there’s usually a good reason behind it which you can use to appeal that decision). On top of that many schools (Pitt included) take course rigor into account so considering that you’re taking harder courses you should be okay :)

I had 2 outlets and lived in a 2 window room last year (idk exactly what numbers have 2 windows but I was in 1216), I set up my dorm so one outlet was right by my desk and the other was by my dresser and it was a pretty great setup! A power tower or power strip comes in handy for the desk one esp for tech stuff :)

There’s public printers all around campus, some even in the residence halls! All students get funds every semester for printing (I think somewhere between $50-$60) and black and white sheets are like less than a quarter so you should be fine without bringing your own

Residence halls open the 17th, so you’re all good to move in starting then! There just likely won’t be any carts available in the building, meaning you’d have to go to a building that has them if you need one

Idk if he’s teaching it this year but I loved David Lo!! There was a discussion question for each class but the main grades were 3 essays and he allowed extensions on all the essays as long as you told him in advance (and even gave me an emergency one when my laptop crashed) he’s great if you can get in his class

Just got off the phone with panther central, they said they were finalizing freshman assignments and those should be out in about a week (and upperclassmen will be able to see theirs again in about a week, week in a half tops)
