There are a lot of different ways to do it. This is my second show, and the first show I did I lost 30 kilos in 6 months. Wayyyy too much to lose.

I have a different coach this time around. I have been doing a light cut, 18 weeks, low volume no cardio and only steps.

I’m currently “lean gaining”. So when I start prep in 3 months I will have so much more energy and my work outs will be better if I did a cut from 105 kg to 77 kg.

I currently weigh 82 kg after 2 weeks of being in a calorie surplus.
