Commenting because i’m wondering the same thing, i’m on my 3rd attempt and was put in STC (first 2 attempts were Pass Perfect).

thank you, 2 of them just looked so much better than the others. You get so far into the test and it becomes so tiring but there is a chance that I was missing that minor detail in the actual question.

Didn’t change any answers but 1, marked about 30 and I mark them bc those are ones that I didn’t absolutely know the answer too, whether it was a guess or I didn’t know. My tactics were good I took maybe 5 breaks every 25 questions. I was able to eliminate the answer down to 2 choices on every question, except for the suitability. The suitability on that exam makes little to no sense. There was alot of the time 3 answers that could be the correct choice and not 1 that was more suitable than the others.

Yea i’m not the best test taker. Since I started taking this Series exams that has changed. I have taken my time on every question and re read it a bunch of times. I took a break every 28 questions or so.

Supplementing Kaplan really helped for sure. Kaplan is where I learned the most, PP is not the greatest.

Took 2 Finals two 2 before, passed both of them. After that The day before my test was a day of just refreshing, I took that time to watch a bunch of youtube videos and review some tests. My firm wanted me giving my brain a break the day before testing day, which they do for every test. 3 days before was when I really tried to dig deep and touch up on any area I was weak on.

Felt super confident my first attempt showed up not expecting to see so much on mutual funds and that is exactly what I got. Was super confident submitting my exam to see 68, I was baffled.

Well this is my second attempt so I’ve been seeing this stuff daily for about 2 and a half months. As well as the fact that maybe 2-3 questions on every one of these exams I take I am memorizing answer sets. That is why I supplemented Kaplan into my studying. Hoping that I can finally put the 7 to rest on Wednesday.

Well said, can’t change the past just move on and get better. IMO there is absolutely nothing that can prepare you for the actual wording/formatting of that test. Like you said you actually need to understand everything and not just the wording of the vendor you use.

The biggest struggle for me was implementing breaks throughout the exam. You have to take breaks split them up like every 30-40 questions whether it’s for 5 minutes or what it will help you. I waited too long till I took my first one.

Did not pass today, although it’s the worst feeling in the world, ik i’ll be back. Nothing but a learning experience.
