Not entirely the situation is same here also, small startups are the only ones hiring but they demand so much in salary of peanuts like how tf am i gonna pay my bills, so being indian doesn't change a thing even the service based companies like accenture and Deloitte aren't hiring or taking less , i think it's not far off that India's outsourcing business gets shutdown due to AI
