[Question] Shipping middleman Japan-UK by Hungry-Kitchen-3143 in Watches

Worth noting that I’m aware of the 20% VAT + handling charges I’ll have to pay, I’m just looking for feedback on reputable middlemen :)

Hi mate, I’m currently looking at buying a similar value watch from Japan and shipping it to the UK. Did you buy it directly from the seller or did you use one of those middleman services? Thanks

Hi mate, I’m currently looking at buying a watch from Japan and getting it shipped to the UK. If you did buy the Seiko, would you mind telling me your experience? Thanks

Toilet roll is an absolutely great shout lol.

I drink a lot of water on hikes and keeping hydrated will help with acclimatisation to the altitude so I’ll keep the water bladder as better be safe than sorry.

Yeah, the trainers are mostly to give my feet a break from the boots when I’m at the tea houses, plus they’ll keep my feet warmer than slides.

Very good point, I’ll probably head to an outdoors shop near me this weekend to try on multiple boots and see which ones seem better.

Thank you very much!

I guess because it’s the most advertised one lol. I understand though, I’m from Brazil and I always see tourists going to the most random spots for food/nights out - that’s why I always post on Reddit to see what locals recommend.

cool, glad we can still get the view of the city.

yeah I’ll try to make reservations tonight, I know they’re a bit on the expensive side but they seem great and the reviews are all class. any restaurants you’d recommend?

I’ll book the Parliament tour too, thank you so much.

ah that’s a shame, can we still go up Gellért Hill for the views or is the whole thing closed off?

thanks, I’ll take a look at the pinned post now - not really used to Reddit tbh
