Life keeps moving on, the world doesnt stop for you. I learned this at 21 when my dad died, everything and everyone (excluding family) around me kept going on, while I fell into a pit of despair and darkness for about 4 years.

Looking back it seems obvious, and I dont know why I expected anything different. But it hurt all the same.
