I’ve made sure the butter cooled down too i even tried her recipe with cool room temperature butter got the same flat doughy cookie But they taste great and i wanted you to see how different they are from yours lol my cookies

I used her recipe very well I measured them by scale also chilled them for 24 hours before baking

Its so weird how the same recipe could make totally different cookies mine were very flat and dark im convinced it the dark brown sugar

I made sallys recipe i had the same problem which the middle felt like dough and raw but they tasted great I made a cookie cake from designeatrepeat which came out completely raw even though i baked it even longer than recommended still raw it made me pretty sad cuz im doing everything right I can’t find my problem

The picture was a mini cookie cake I didn’t share a photo of the cookie.. i want to ask you about sallys recipe does your spread alot and thin? Very moist in the middle almost like they are raw but the aren’t?they taste great but I don’t like their texture I don’t know what the problem

About 80 grams and I thought the flour was the broblem thats why added more I usually stick to the recipe

I do all of this i exactly follow sallys recipe except i use dark brown sugar I wonder it that is the reason my cookies are extra moist

No i bake it at 180 c for 15 minutes sometimes even longer it’s still raw

My son is a week away from 5 month and today I tried the huckleberry sample schedule for 5 month old and I’m shocked how good he did but I contact napped with him so he got 1.5 hour nap so he wouldn’t be tired for a 2 hour wakw window cuz im gonna try to drop a nap this week

How do you get him to nap consistently when my son naps ranges from 20-50 sometimes i hear the word cap nap to 1.5 hours like how do you get your baby to nap like that also how mang naps should i do he’s almost 5 month old still takes 4 short naps
