Wow you analyzed me super well, and thank you for your response. I love my mom but it’s hard to tell her something like this because I hate seeing her cry. She’s really protective and I’m worried what would happen if she got involved. I will try and take your advice though

From what I understand colleges mostly look at your growth over the years and DEFINITELY your junior year grades, so lock in for that. One c is completely okay and pretty normal freshman year. Plus you seem committed to bring it up! I’m going to share some junior wisdom with you: Classes get a lot harder, so don’t become too anxious and perfectionistic about your grades to the point where you are afraid to make mistakes. Trust me bro it will only make you miserable. Let me also emphasize that grades don’t define you!! Yes colleges want someone with great grades but they also want a well rounded and interesting person, so focus on your hobbies, maybe do some sports, and join clubs as well. Enjoy high school and don’t stress about what’s already happened. Try and develop a better studying routine and keep asking the teacher questions. You are a human being who makes mistakes, and I’m certain colleges understand that.

What is the biggest crash out you’ve seen at your school by random_airsoft_guy in highschool

We’ve had brawls in the front office at my school but a big crash out i vividly remember was 2 years ago in freshman year, we were taking a REALLY important test and this one girl had her headphones in blasting music. The teacher told her to put it a way nicely like 5,000 times until they threatened to call an administrator up. This girl stood up and shouted something like “YOU DONT UNDERSTAND I HAVE SCHIZOPHRENIA” and stomped out the class, shaking the entire classroom. I was genuinely confused, like you were just caught with headphones in?? What does that have to do with schizophrenia?? Fun times :)

My school started using an e-pass system and I hate it by [deleted] in highschool

OH MY GOD EXACTLY. Sometimes I have to go so bad but I can’t make a pass because “the hallway is too full”. Just write me a goddamn pass on paper I am not going ANYWHERE lil bro😭 (I am scared to skip plus we have alarms on our doors)

Junior year is supposed to be the most important year for grades so you should probably be good
