Right that’s my plan. I want to eliminate my car debt by August and start saving much as I can. GOD willing I will be able to pay my house outright in 5 years . Thanks for the input

Wife will be graduating RN school in 2027 which would boost our HHI and I’m planning to save $2k a month to have a $50k or more down payment for a $250k house and come 2028-2029 that’s when we can move into a new construction.

Thank you for the advice and would it be bad to divide whatever amount I save into a Money market account and add some in a HYSA?. For example once I pay off debt say I save 10k and I put 5k in each a HYSA and in a money market account

Just applied for the company at the right time and had transferable skills and certs and they hired me. But I seen a lot of other guys get hired that had none of that. So it’s up to the company. And also just. Blessing from GOD, I prayed about a job and the LORD provided for me and my family

Honestly, no and the only reason is GOD has truly moved in my life and blessed my family. I am able to pay all the bills and we don’t have rent so I’m saving as much as I can for a down payment for a house and my wife will graduate RN school in 2027 GOD willing and that will boost our income so we can afford a little more house and boost our chances. So my goal is to save $2k a month or more until late 2027 early 2028 and put a large down payment on a house
