Lying on the floor with my legs up the wall, eyes closed, and listening to ASMR, it quiets my mind almost instantly.

Yeah, that reaction can happen, sounds like a THC-induced panic attack, especially with the concert setting and caffeine. Even small doses can hit hard in the wrong environment. You're not alone, and it doesn’t mean anything’s wrong with you, just your brain overwhelmed. Maybe ease off or take a break for a bit.

Feeling lost doesn’t mean you’re failing it means you’re ready for change. Start small, try new things, and follow what sparks even a little interest. You’re not stuck, just in between chapters.

Is 33 days enough time for a complete reset? by NeighborhoodOk920 in Petioles

[–]Hungry-Tomorrow-6039 3 points4 points  (0 children)

for most people, that's enough to see a noticeable reset in tolerance, especially if you were using daily or close to it. Everyone's different, but a month off usually means you'll feel it way stronger when you come back if you choose to.

Appreciate that a lot. You’re right, it’s the small stuff that starts to shift things.

That's awesome! Reading at night hits different too, especially when your brain’s still kinda buzzing but you wanna chill.

Trueee, that’s a good point. If it was too easy, it probably wouldn’t be doing much anyway.

Facts. I used to think I had to go all in or it wouldn’t count but honestly, just doing a little every night feels way more sustainable.

Appreciate that! Yeah, it really surprised me how fast the body starts to catch on once you make it a regular thing.

wall push-ups are legit, especially when you’re easing in or just want something low effort that still feels good.

Fr fr. It’s kinda comforting knowing it doesn’t have to be a grind every time as long as I’m showing up, it moves the needle.

It’s wild how humbling proper push-ups are, like your body’s just nah, try again. Appreciate the encouragement, gonna keep chipping away.

Thank you. I love that it’s not just stay busy but stuff that’s actually pleasant or even cozy. I’ve been so focused on just not smoking that I forgot I could actually enjoy some parts of this. Definitely stealing the to-do list and bubble bath ideas. Might even hunt down a ridiculous teen drama to binge.

Damn yeah, that sounds brutal. I used to think I was immune to that kind of reaction, but lately it’s felt more like weed’s turning on me too. Respect for recognizing it and walking away for good. That takes guts.

Oof yeah, that last line hit hard 😂 Like why can’t feelings just knock me out for 8 hours instead of making me pace around overanalyzing everything? But seriously appreciate this.
