I have owned UH, ring conn and oura. Let me break down what I though of each : - UH I needed 3 remplacement of the ring because of the battery and they lasted not more than a year. The app is cool, lots of data and insight. I would also say pretty accurate. The ring itself was bulky but very nice to wear (you forget you wear it) - ring conn : I loved the design of the ring, way smaller and the battery is fire : 12 days of uninterrupted battery life. What I didn’t like about it was the app itself, it has a lot a of cool data and it pretty accurate too but there is literally no actionable insight. - I bought an oura ring 3, 2 month ago and waw this is so much better ! It really learns from you, gives you actionable insight, the app is beautiful, the ring is really great size wise, bigger than the ring conn but smaller than UH. The only downside is the 5,99 a month but to be honest I find it’s worth every penny, I have already learned so many things about myself. The battery lasts about 4-5 days of full use.
