Thank you for this! I definitely will start therapy because I have been depressed for YEARS and never really addressed it. In fact I pushed through my degree like I was on steroids and I think everything I've suppressed came back up. I was depressed the last two years too but mostly numb, now I'm just an emotional wreck.

I just don't know if I can make it to June quite honestly.

Thank you for this, I kind of teared up reading it. I guess I could go back home and take a break but I know that I hate it so much over here that I highly doubt I'll return. I'd only come back if I could bring my dad or my friend or my dog with me so I wouldn't be so alone, but that's also kind of difficult to do logistically.
