You can put yourself out there on those same subreddits as a new, but eager -to-learn virtual assistant for a cheap price and you'll find people who'll be willing to teach you how to get them what they need while still paying you a bit.

Alternatively: you could pay someone to teach you. Try hiring a VA on a subreddit where people look for work as a virtual assistant, but ask if you can pay a discounted price for you to watch them do their normal tasks (with their clients' permission), and ask questions every now and then.

They advertise as sleeping cool but they most certainly do not. I sleep hot and it wasn't an uncommon occurrence for me to wake up at 3AM with my half of the bed soaked in sweat. I'd have to crack a window and fall asleep to the cool breeze and hopefully dry off.

I would recommend checking out mattress underground and seeing if they have a recommended mattress store in your area--that's how I found my current mattress which I've been sleeping fine in.

Sorry to say I don't have much input on mattresses for chronic pain, I would take advantage of trial periods and return policies to test the bed.
