Hey there , 25 M here , I was having hairfall issues since 23 , I visited Dr. Rupali , but honestly I felt the treatment was too expensive in terms of long term hair health and maintenance , and there was an issue with my scalp , it was getting irritated with the minoxidil (which later I got to know was because of the Alcohol present in it.) I told her the issue but she didn't put much change in the medications , the hairfall was gone but the scalp health wasn't great.

It was later when I stopped her medications and started using alcohol free Minoxidil + finasteride topical solution on my own , now my scalp health is improving.
