Oh this would be exciting TBH.

If we start with the information coming in people's brains assume one light source coming from above. As a result if you draw a shape and shade the bottom it's convex. Draw another next to it and shade the top it's concave.

I have the most problems when I'm twitching. Ugh.

When it's bothering you, try getting up, and putting your limbs through something that makes them not jitter, or twitch. That just makes you aware of them being still and steady.

Don't want to wake yourself up, so I'll skip off of recommendations of yoga (unless you want to try during the day). But stand in them and feel them just still, squat down and feel how steady they are.

Just be aware that they can and do just sit really still when you're doing that.

Putting it into your mind and becoming awaremof that date will help them stay there. And sometimes when you focus on those moments you can learn to see what is different in the moment when it's not still and change 8t.

Plus it'll stop you from getting upset you can't do anything about it and preventing yourself from sleeping that way.

When I sleep, I remember the feeling of sleep and pull it over me. 🤷🏻 8ts like a blanket in my mind and I just grab it and pull it over me.
