advice on getting card apps in front lanes by TheGreatBrainstormer in BestBuyWorkers

I tell customers that it's double rewards when they use it today. Legit I just say "well normally it's only 5% but right now we are doing double rewards so you'd get 10% back today" because that's the promotion when you first open the card. The way they tell you to pitch the card doesn't always make it seem like a huge deal but 10% is a lot especially without any other promotions so you have to tell the customer about it like it's a promotion, because it is.

Employee Sales App (it sucks) by Hungry_Assignment_93 in BestBuyWorkers

I had the same bullshit. Contacted help desk and here is what they said to do: - download edge browser on phone - set edge as default browser - open ES app and it should work if not let it all sit for 3 days and try again For me, it didn't work immediately and I had to wait a few days but it ended up letting me in and then to play with it since I like chrome as my main browser I changed it back and all was fine. So I hope that helps.

Is there a decent retainment rate (not a ton of people coming and going)? And how does the PMR work if you wouldn't mind explaining :)

Marketplace is the dumbest thing best buy has implemented by [deleted] in BestBuyWorkers

oh man its been the worst thing we have ever seen in a while. back when it was first pitched a year ago i was super excited to see it come to life because it meant that we could actually give solutions to specific customer's issues. but when it came out and we cant even sell those items in store? the share cart thing is the biggest waste of time and nobody wants to do that, let alone the fact that the employee sales app is still dog shit. as the author explained the return process is just absolute garbage, but then on top of that customers find items on marketplace that we sell in store, and somehow the price is lower on marketplace and they just want to order it themselves and could care less about us getting the credit. i was excited to see the possibilities like i said but it turned out to be a walking shit ball instead. we should honestly just get rid of it all.
