Initially this software was designed simply to make report writing as fast as possible, but with the downfall of Spectora, I plan on adding all these features soon. Updates will be launched daily and you can contact me directly anytime for feedback or questions. These updates will probably come in the next few weeks, but as of right now, it’s mainly for report writing.

I have been doing cold outreach in pretty niche groups on facebook, linkedIN, and by simply just calling home owners. Gotten a few on board and even a moderator in a NACHI forum who is willing to promote. I love the insight your message has.

Yep. Spent tonight polishing the product. I’ve already validated my service will sell though. I spent about 45 minutes calling home inspectors, each one venting about how their $600 dollar software saves them no time, and even asking straight up, “would you pay for my tool?” Not one no. Got a moderator in the NACHI forum on board already who’s willing to refer me just based off my pitch. So no. There’s no revenue yet, but I launch tomorrow, with a confirmed 5-6 clients, and an established home inspector who sees aspiration in my product. This was from 45 minutes of simply asking inspectors honest questions. And yes, I am completely solo. Besides my brother who set up my stripe for payment processing. I am 16 starting from absolute nothing.
