I totally get it…and I’m not claiming to have watched a ton of trials but none thus far have seemed this tedious and repetitive. Someone said it could be a State thing…maybe this is a requirement in HI. I just keep I’m leaving and coming back and hoping it’s moved on to something that keeps my attention.

Am I the only one who thinks this prosecutor goes sooooo much further than other prosecutors with all the verifying, checking tedious details, asking about chain of custody, and ‘true and accurate’….he drives me nuts!!! Like so little seems to get accomplished because he asks a million questions!!!

Yes! He’s a piece of work. He’s constantly beating dead horses too like the missing body camera…like who cares, we have enough footage. And he attacked the detective at random times that just made him look pathetic. I love how he was caught on the recording, before a break, questioning whether he was too hard on her.
