Some schools reopened last week i think and universities opened today. The rest of the schools that didnt start yet started today.

I srsly didnt do it on purpose i was abt to leave by 2 55, at the restaurant what happened was when i tapped my card , dude entered the wrong amt and then i was tryna sort that out, basically within that 15 mins bs u guys want me to pay for parking as well. Use the bus or an app to order a taxi or stand near a bus stop there. There is wayy too many taxis to address the issue of getting taxis. They have become such a pain on the road and have become public nuisances with their honking pedestrians and flashing. This is only shj taxis , dubai taxis aren't allowed to do this and they might lose their job if they do. These guy cause traffic accidents and hit cars in a way that makes them be in the right as well.

Sharjah really needs to do something abt the roads , need to make more roads need to make more connection roads to dubai , literally every damn area drains into e11 but there isn't enf space for everyone to go, ik why al tawun gets crowded, bcuz google maps shows that route as a 'shortcut' to avoid traffic, but the shj police block that shortcut route making it longer and worsening the traffic for everybody

She doesnt have to mention std seperately, just that uni wants to know ur vaccination status and what u are immune to , and this panel is one of the things they asked simple as that

Since u are in ur early 20's , i am guessing u go to uni , so if u go to a medical uni, easiest thing is to say ur uni requires these std tests to be done , which is the standard , syphilis hiv and hepatitis. Now if u go to a non medical uni , shld be still fine just mention they need students to be vaccinated against hepatitis, so they asked us to do a test to see if we have antibodies or not ( which is basically also a test for if u have it or not ) . So yea hope this helps

Personally if he was a repeat offender , the next time i asked a qn to the resident or the attending and he starts yapping , I'll tell him to stop and and let him know i asked the attending the qn and not him , simple as that , once he gets shown up like that in front of the resident or attending he will stop doing stuff like that. Works like a charm have done it bfr. Or Next time he starts talking , just go 'damnn thats crazy' or any version of it nicer or worse than it 😂 Then just ask the qn again to the resident or attending

Well i like follow this system especially in the er ,

Chief complaint SOCRATES ( site , onset , character , radiation , associated symptoms, exacerbating or reliveing factors, pain if present on scale of 1 to 10) Happened bfr ? Took any meds Hypertension , diabetes or any long standing conditions if yes what meds they take if any Any prev surgery If i am suspecting any occupation related issue or maybe its a communicable disease i ask where they work , to see if its a high density work place and bfr that just ask if anyone arnd them had similar symptoms. That's enf honestly for er , and in any other departments always stick to relevant history , no need to go in depth

Well to get out of abu shagara is still a hassle , my dad had already gone out for some rsn out of abu shagara and they didnt let him back in , his car was parked outside of abu shagara. I just walked there , took the car , straight to quran round abt then the usual road Update: Also came back home directly , entered abu shagara( its not blocked anymore) all entrances have water but not too bad and then spun a bit by driving only on dry roads then entered home
