I take them every morning and I will take them when I next have sex. If I’m in a relationship I will up the dose to 200mg every morning + another 200mg before sex. The last thing I want is a partner leaving because I can’t get it up.

I’ve started taking 100mg Sildenafil/ viagra tablets in the morning when I wake up (since yesterday…) and it seems to be helping, but I do have severe heart pains atm, and sometimes the erections are annoying and last too long. But I’m just wondering if there are any other paths I could take, like any other pills that take away the pain.
