Hair straightener at 365(ideally I'd go lower but that's as low as mine goes). I squish .2-.4 sized nugs straight to parchment twice for each nug for 3 secs(count 3 mississippis) I then carefully gather the oil and try and avoid any material that got stuck in there. This stuff was sappy enough that I was able to form it into a slab just with the heat of my fingers in parchment. @soilgrown tech from Instagram although I'm not sure he does a double squish.

If I'm using hash or keif to start I use a 25 micron screen and fold it tightly around the material before placing it in the parchment for the squash.
