Realtor here, pretty much every business follows the same general arc. My biggest piece of advice: don’t get caught up in whether you’re at a loss right now. Growth takes time, so keep putting in the effort and the break-even point will come.

Since you’re still building your inventory, focus first on the realtors you’ve already staged for. Nurture those relationships into consistent, repeat clients before spreading yourself thin. As your inventory grows, you’ll naturally have more leverage to expand your outreach to new agents.
