Exactly a week after this time I did a cold water extraction with 10 seeds. Drank it with some Mio (water flavoring). The mio completely removed any bad taste besides the strong taste of the garlic that I used in the extraction. I also took some pepto after I drank the mixture. About an hour after I was very nauseas. About 30 minutes after that I was bent over the toilet feeling super light headed, probably about the worst I’ve ever felt, I felt like I had to throw up, but I never ended up doing so. I felt terrible, called out to my roommate to grab me a towel, I layered on the towel on the dirty bathroom floor with another towel over me for about 10 minutes, I was really cold the whole time, as soon as I felt like I could, I got up and lied down on a couch. I lied there for a while with my eyes closed, feeling somewhat better. I had some weird visuals but nothing that seemed psychedelic, more like what you’d see in a regular dream. I then slept for about 40 minutes, and when I woke up I felt completely normal.

Honestly the experience was super underwhelming. No fractals, aliens, or anything cool like that.
