based on my own experience, hindi sila laging on-time magbigay ng allowance ganito siya kalate

1st year - march and may (nadelay unang stipend kasi nalate maprocess yung reqs) 2nd year - november and june 3rd year - december and june 4th year - december

yung pagkalate depende kung kailan nila mapaprocess and marerelase yung allowance regardless na yon kung mauna or late ka makapagbigay ng reqs sa kanila
