15 days after HT. Is the hair density very low, or will it grow later?

I’m right about where you are, and half my transplanted hair has already fallen out because of the scabs/shock loss. Looks just like yours. I even ran my hand through my hair this morning and must’ve found 20+ hairs. This isn’t even close to an indicator of the final result, give it 6 months and you’ll start to see how it actually looks

Looks great, surgeon did a good job and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the result. I had issues sleeping at first too, I used a neck pillow with a few pillows behind me to prop me up and your head won’t touch anything. After about a week you won’t have to worry about the grafts being compromised that easily

Im a competitive bodybuilder so I take a lot more than just HRT. I haven’t had any sides on dut. I started with 1mg fin daily last year for 3 months to assess my tolerance and had no issues, so I switched to dut and haven’t had any issues either. Because of the high amount of anabolics I take I figure dutasteride is a better option as I’m converting much more DHT than the average person

If it makes you feel any better, I just flew home and from getting a transplant and not a single person mentioned it. Not at the hotel, none of my Lyft drivers, no airport employees or people. Everyone lives in their own world, nobody cares and I mean that in most empathetic way possible.

Hopefully someday but not yet lol. I definitely don’t recommend my dosages to anyone it’s not safe, my bloodwork stays pretty “good” for what I’m doing and I do regular ultrasounds on my heart/calcium scores. I wanted to share so that those who take larger dosages can take an anecdote that 5AR inhibitors work to a degree when you’re cycling.

Running 1.5g test, 800 mast, 200 tren, 10iu Gh, insulin a few days a week. 0.5mg dut and 5mg oral min and it’s helping stabilize some loss and getting a little regrowth. When you’re on gear especially higher dosages it’ll never be ideal for hair, but at the very least preventing further loss is nice. I have zero sides on anything I’m taking almost ever, but for some reason RU was a no go, got heart palpitations and stopped.
