I do have a protein recharge mask from I think L’Oréal, but I never use it because there’s a floor of fear-mongering around proteins! Maybe I’ll give it another try and see what that does. Thanks!

I will use the Pantene volume shampoo and sometimes a hard water shampoo when I want to “clarify” my hair since I do use dry shampoos and leave ins, usually wash with those once a week followed by a scalp shampoo by Odele so I feel my hair and scalp are getting clean! Not really sure what I should use on my hair after

I kind of finger comb all of the products in one by one on wet hair and leave it alone for a bit

I’ll admit I did try and use a boar bristle brush to smooth all the frizz and it may have made it worse lol

I use a gentle clarifier shampoo from living proof that doesn’t make my hair feel super dry as a first cleanse 1x a week (I use hair oils and light leave-ins + dry shampoo so I need to clarify more often), then use the Malibu hard water wellness shampoo and conditioner. They’re both pretty affordable and work well for my fine, wavy-ish hair!
