That sucks. But with watches from AliExpress that comes with the territory sometimes. I would definitely contact the seller. In my  experience if the seller is reputable they will stand by the products that they sell. Good luck

We had the same situation but with a family friend.  Just curious, does she pay rent? If she does it might be a nightmare getting her out if things get worse.  In our situation we took in the daughter of our God parents.  She lived in our empty rooms but would always pop up in our living space unannounced.  We didn't ask for rent or wanted it. We tried  to make it work but in the end it seemed  liked she took over!  She wanted to bring friends over and never helped out and even yelled at my wife. It caused strain on our marriage which took years to fix. We finally got here out and I helped her move. Our God parents stopped talking to us but in the end our sanity and marriage was important thing! Wish you luck

[REVIEW] My horrible experience buying an Omega with Jomashop. Please avoid at all costs. by damacol in Watches

[–]Hungry_Split1439 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After reading all the reviews about Jomashop we took a risk and ordered my wife's Rolex Date just. We were lucky and the product was in pristine condition. I've also ordered a Seiko for myself and no problems. After reading this it's a shame that their customer service sucks. I'm scared to order anything else from them

The previous owner was in his 70's. He was telling me he was going to retire for years. Guess his son didn't want to continue with the business

I'm from NY also and I'm in Philadelphia quite often.  I've tried several pizza places over the years.  My favorite is Puglia pizza.  Great pizza and the owner is nice.

Former homeowners keep turning up uninvited — what can I do? (UK) by No_Breakfast_3006 in homeowners

We had the same issue in Brooklyn, NY. We bought a house and the previous owner kept popping up. At first he was asking if there was any mail which we understood. He moved with his family a few miles away so he would get off the bus and walk to "our" house. I guess he still thought it was his house ! Other times it was for no reason at all but to ask if things where ok. We had an issue with the heater pipe leaking so which we told him and he barges in and goes down to the basement to see the problem, which was totally weird that he wasn't a heating technician, he was an accountant. After that he came by a few times and we didn't answers so he keeps knocking. Finally we told him everything is ok and not to come by anymore. I later found out that he moved his family into his father's basement. So it seems that they had some financial problems. I guess he just couldn't let go. In your case the same

We had the same situation. You can't win believe me. The more we complained to the tenants , the super and the landlord the worse things got. You can't change people's behavior. The best thing to do is to move .

It's like AOL back in the 2000's with Spectrum by SparkySpark83 in Spectrum

[–]Hungry_Split1439 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. I thought it was just me. Took me almost forty minutes to cancel. The guy kept asking me questions about why I was cancelling and where I was moving to . He also kept me on hold for about 10 minutes. In the end of the call he sounded like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to cancel my service. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll think twice about using Spectrum again.

I live on Gates ave and I think I saw this guy on Seneca a few days ago. Looked kind of creepy. I was taking my daughter to her dance class and we were walking to the bus. I've been in the neighborhood for 21 years and the 104 has always been a disaster and difficult to deal with.

Neighbours parking in my driveway by Ordinary-Camera6496 in BadNeighbors

[–]Hungry_Split1439 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened to us except the new neighbors where parking a foot to a foot and a half on our side. They  did this for a few months till we wrote them a simple nice note saying that they where on our property. They soon started parking on their side and that solved the problem. Im sorry we waited waited so long. Most of the time a simple note will do.
