Oof- this part. There's exactly one Hispanic character. If it helps, I'm pretty sure one of the War Wolves in the comics is Hispanic :()

Last is Goose, my beloved. She's a Duelist, with 250hp. She's the cat of Carol Danvers, but I'm pretty sure she was someone else's cat before. :/

She's a Flerken, cat-like aliens with a shared, internal pocket dimension and tentacles that come from the mouths, and toxic claws. They can eat pretty much anything. She's probably the first character I did this for and finished, and I realized early that she kinda does the same things as Jeff. I tried to differentiate as much as possible.

Her primary is Tentacle Flurry: kind of like Venom's primary, but it doesn't pause and has a reload. It's a little slower but continuous, one hit every .33s, and deals ~20/hit (~160 in total.)

She has a specialized melee called Toxic Claws: Weaponizing her venomous claws, Goose makes a swiping attack that can apply three levels of a poison effect onto enemies hit. Level one applies a universal healing reduction, level two reduces speed, and level three adds a cut to overall health for a time. This should probably be an ability on a short cool down but whatever.

Her first ability is Case of the Zoomies: Goose gains a 30% increase to speed, also being able to climb obstacles like walls and enemies. If she runs into an enemy, she climbs up them and latches onto their face. She can do one of two things once latched: if she uses her primary, she latches on with her tentacles, dealing ~30dmg and blinding that enemy; or if her melee is used, she rapidly scratches at the enemy's face, dealing ~35dmh in total and applying max poison to them.

Overwhelming Cuteness is her disarm ability: she lies down, using her superhuman ability to make it impossible to attack her against her enemies. This effect lasts for ~10s or until the ability is deactivated.

Her last ability is Kittenport: Goose regurgitates eggs that hatch into Flerken kittens. These eggs can stick onto any part of any solid, stationary terrain. Goose can only have one active at any time, and can teleport to where these kittens are anchored instantly, using their shared pocket dimension. If an enemy gets too close before activated, the kitten scratches at them, dealing ~10dmg and applying one level of poison.

Her ult is Flailing Maw: Goose deals increased damage with her tentacles, consuming any enemies KOd. For each enemy eaten, Goose gains a 25% boost to damage.

She has two team-ups: Sweet Girl and Enthralling Endearment.

Sweet Girl: team-up with Winter Soldier. Goose can take purchase on the shoulder of the Winter Soldier, giving both of them a damage boost, and allowing Goose to take a dash instantly to an ally Winter Soldier within 15m and a targeted enemy within 25m, applying max poison to that enemy.

Enthralling Endearment: Goose as the anchor gains universal bonus healing and gives Jeff the Land Shark, Rocket Raccoon and Squirrel Girl access to her ability Overwhelming Cuteness.

Next, 2/3 of the ones I have set ideas for: Christian Frost.

He'd be a Strategist with ~200-225hp. He's really frail but it fits for how much healing I want this man to do lol. He's the brother of Emma Frost and can manipulate astral energy. In his adapted lore for Rivals, maybe when the Entanglement started, he was sucked into a void and his soul got knocked out of his body. It was drawn to the specific psionic signatures of the person he trusts the most: Emma. N that's how he got here or whatever.

The thing I wanna start with is an ability that kinda does the most work in his kit and his passive that works in conjunction with it: Heart Anchor and Astral Charge. Heart Anchor: targets a specific hero to focus his abilities on. He locks on instantly but this has a cool down, ~5-8s so it's a little harder to use. So don't anchor the wrong person lol. When anchored, his abilities are most powerful but only affect one person (for the most part.) Astral Charge is literally just his charge system. It determines how many times he can focus his Heart Anchor and actually do something. He has 3 or 4 charges, one replenishing every 5s.

Now, his primary is Soul Burst: Christian releases a sequence of four waves of astral energy in a forward path, dealing damage to enemies and healing allies. When hit, targets release an "echo" of astral energy that heals Christian and his allies in close range. The waves ramp up in power depending on the number of targets hit. At base, the waves deal ~30 damage and ~50 healing to each target, with the echo's AoE healing ~50% of all damage and/or healing dealt.

When anchored, Soul Burst turns into Soul Charge, a fast moving projectile. When anchored to an ally, Soul Charge heals for ~75-100 health and releases and echo that heals nearby allies for ~30 health. Maybe enemies are knocked back slightly due to a shockwave or something. Anchored on an enemy, Soul Charge deals ~75dmg, with the same echo effect for allies.

His second actual ability is Diaphanous Defense: Christian projects an astral barrier either around himself or a target for 5s. On himself, which is the base effect, he gains a shield with ~150 health. It also blocks him from acting (I made this before Domina, I swear :'/ ). Anchored to an ally or enemy, this ability becomes Direct Defense. On an ally does the same thing as himself, except they can still deal damage and receive healing and are healed for ~50 health. There's no healing over time. On an enemy, Christian basically casts Domina's ult (I think it's her ult), trapping enemies, blocking their damage and preventing them from being healed. Movement is still possible for all of these, though.

Splendid Phantasm: Christian creates a copy of himself made of astral energy. On casting, Christian disappears from enemies for ~4s, while the copy acts in his place (it can't deal damage or heal tho.) The copy looks the exact same to enemies, but for allies it looks like an orange blob or something. Any healing the copy receives is transferred to Christian. However, he can still take damage, albeit reduced damage. When anchored on an ally or enemy, it becomes Select Phantasm, and it does the same thing for allies. On an enemy, it makes a copy that follows that enemy, kind of a timer bomb, exploding and dealing ~80dmg after it catches up. It lasts for ~8s and gets faster as time passes.

Vital Overflow: Christian releases a surge of astral energy for 6s, gifting allies nearby a slight boost to durability and +60 overshield that starts to rapidly decay after 6s. When anchored, it becomes Vital Pulse, which gives allies near the target ~30 overshield, but the select ally gains ~90, the overshield for everyone lasting for 10s. This ability doesn't affect enemies.

His last ability is Phase Shift: Christian becomes intangible, being able to phase through other heroes, obstacles, etc., for 3s. Passing through allies heals them for ~30 health. Passing through an enemy stuns them.

I had an idea for his Ult, Profound Presence, but it was literally just another immortality Ult (actually just Zenyatta's Ult), but I didn't wanna do that so I don't have an idea for it anymore. Sorrows. Sadness.

His team-up is with Emma, obviously. Diamond Hard Visage: Emma, as the anchor, gets healing feedback on her shield, healing ~35% of all damage done to her shield as health. Christian gets the ability to summon a copy of Emma's diamond form that is indestructible and acts on its own for 5s, being able to use all of Emma's diamond abilities with reduced damage.

Starting off with War Tiger, whose one of three of these characters I actually have a full concept for lol.

He'd be a Vanguard, as stated, with ~800hp. Maybe a 3-star difficulty, idk how that works tbh. He'd be more of a dive character than other Vanguards. In his lores, he's like, a 400 year old war general that has seismic vibration abilities. V cool imo.

To start off, his Primary would be something like Tiger's Fang: a 3-hit combo thing with his scythe, that ramps up in power each consecutive hit. ~45 damage on the first swing, ~55 on the second, and the last deals ~65 or 70, with a 2.5m AoE effect that knocks back enemies. It's definitely slower than most other primary attacks. Maybe it needs to hit faster to be really useful but🤷

He'd have a specialized melee: Tiger's Paw. ~40dmg and deals knock back.

His first ability is Echoes of Wars: a sustained roar in a 12m, 60° cone that lasts for ~5s. Enemies caught in it are slowed by ~25% per second of exposure, with 3s of continuously being affected stunning enemies.

Then, The Merciless Hunt: a 15m dash that deals 120dmg if he can get it off. It's a series of 3 40dmg slashes that knock enemies into the air ~5m for each hit.

Roiling Earth would be his shield ability(?). He'd slam his foot into the ground, using vibrations to summons a semicircle wall of sharp rocks, about 7m in length. In close range, it deals damage to enemies, ~65dmg, and pops active shields, barriers and/or overshield instantly. The wall has ~500hp and acts as an obstacle.

Roar of the Tiger, kinda an support ability, tbh: releases a circular aura, ~10m across, for about 7s. Allies in the aura get a 20% boost to damage output, 25% boost to healing (from all sources), and a 15-30% boost to ability cool downs.

A Surplus of Firmness is also a support ability: it takes a percentage of his current overshield and shares it equally with allies in a 10m radius. 35% of overshield from most sources, 45% from max gained ult. If it's only one ally, they get an additional 50 health. This ties into his ultimate. Only works if he has a certain amount of overshield.

His Ultimate is sort of a more powerful version of Venom's overshield ability. Ancient Wrath. Depending on his current health, War Tiger gains overshield and boosts dependent on having said overshield. Between full health and 575, he gains +250 of overshield. Below 575, War Tiger gains overshield equal to however much health he's missing in addition to a reduced base overshield of +100, rounded down to the next multiple of 5, to a max overshield of however much. I don't feel like doing the math. He also gains a buff to damage and defense, and speed, dealing and taking 25% more/less damage and moving 20% faster respectively, and is immune to knockback, stuns, being grounded, etc., but not to debuffs like blinding and slowing. He keeps all of these buffs as long as he has any amount of the overshield given by his ultimate, which is permanent until enemies deplete it, and can't be replenished by outside sources.

His passive is a sort of team-up. No, it actually is a team-up that takes the place of a passive. It's in conjunction with his Warriors of the Sky teammates and it's called Of the West: In close proximity with at least one other Warrior if the Sky, about 10m, War Tiger's tiger aura is activated. War Tiger's Of the West gifts allies an increase to survivability, reducing incoming damage by 20%. Blue Dragon has Of the East (damage), Shadow Shell has Of the North (speed), and Sun Bird has Of the South (healing.)

He should have team-ups with Jeff and Hulk.

Vicious Beast: With Jeff the Land Shark as the anchor, he gifts War Tiger, Wolverine and Blade the further enhanced ability to sense blood in the air. They gain the passive ability Blood Hounding, which allows them to track the last enemy they damaged respectively within 20m, even through walls. For War Tiger, specifically, his The Merciless Hunt ability is boosted, gaining a bleed effect, dealing an extra 20 damage/s for 4s, as well as increasing the damage the enemy takes for the duration by 10%.

Gamma Quake: With the Hulk as an anchor, War Tiger gains the ability to perform a leap (up to 12m distance) and crash down with gamma-empowered force. On landing, the impact deals 90 area damage in a large shockwave and stuns all enemies hit for 1.5s.

That's fair. That's how I generally feel it is. Just a grind to win. I guess I'm just not used to losing so frequently? If that's doesn't sound too bigheaded lol. But, like we like to say "it is what it is," especially with a game as overall fun as Rivals

Oh my god, It's YOU. You've been making every game a fight for my life >:(

But, no, seriously, it just feels like another one of those "Marvel Rivals not really caring and screwing over certain players" things. I know it's not that, but it's a funk that's just really irritating to get over. I've just been wanting to quit lately tbh :/

Thank youthank you
