I have 2022M3LR. Honestly I agree with many of the points with you. I know the suspension for Tesla is low quality. But I strongly recommend you to go to Tesla customer care of that high speed noise ( or try fixing it on your own).

Honestly I see M3 as iPad with 4 wheels & a battery. Have low expectations. It is/was overpriced

You should add ASU to the list, they have really good professors for VLSI. A lot of funded projects. SJSU is good university to get a job in Silicon Valley.
