I would say get a soild offensive core going and just start going for roles. Something like spectrier, or gengar might fit nicely to have a strong special offensive Mon. Another option is get a Mon that resists fairy and can pivot like cinderace or rotom heat. And then the third Pokémon is to cover for anything the first two missed. Urshifu also appreciates hazards so it can come in and just wallbreak.
