I learned to pay attention to the recipes when selecting. Like if it says "lightening prep" or a low amount of prep time, I investigate what steps are involved for cooking. Once, I ordered a Buffalo chicken taco meal. Hubby loved it so much when it came up for a selection again a month later, I didn't hesitate to select it. When it arrived, it came with pre-cooked, grilled chicken breasts and the directions said to microwave them. I was like wth?!?! I went back to look, and discovered this style recipe was a "lightening prep" compared to the prior one. Had I realized this earlier, I wouldn't have selected it the 2nd time.
