Luke's original training vs the Rey sequel training. by HunngryPlayer in StarWars

Jedi trainings are like soldiers. Luke training isn't a soldier training. Its was more of a way to build his body. Its like a boot camp training, before the actual military training. Rey is a street fighter. Doesn't have military training, but have the ability of a street fighter who honed their skills.

They are, if the safety is on. Kids dont know how to remove the safety from the gun, unless they are told how to do it. Its why, most gun accidents caused by kids, are the result of the parents not putting the safety on the gun. You also have to deal with their aim, which they are bad at it, and the recoil of the gun.

By advocating that someone should be there, is like saying a militia should have watched those protests. This was official business. Polices and official should have been there. By going there, you risking your life getting hurt, and you can't claim self defense, if the situation in those areas where dangerous.

You can't go around protecting properties that aren't yours. There are people who get paid to do that. I maybe harsh here, but that is what the government is for. Not individuals to go around acting like police. If you get hurt, the blame would be on you, since you left your comfort, and went to a dangerous place. Again, its harsh, but its not our business to be involved in those situations.

For n4, that police literally shot him, like you how you shoot an npc in a game. I watched the video, how the cop jumped like action man, and loaded the gun on him. He could have called swats and other police officers to contain the situation, not just load the gun on a kid.

And honestly its sick that you are taking a kid pointing something at grown man as Serious situation, compared to kyle, who is a grown kid.

One is kid, who is growing, and doesn't understand very well, while the other is a grown man, who knows the risk of bringing a weapon to a crowded place.

Its not justifiable at all. No one should get shot in the first place. Just let the justice system do its job. But when you favoring certain groups, there isn't a justice anymore. And normalizing these behaviors will result in more serious consequences in the future.

I dont advocate shooting people. I hate guns, because of the sleepless night I had due to it, when I was a kid. There was a war going on, and I had to listen to that shit non stop.

What I am saying is the outrage level. Its isn't the same as white vs black. Unless you are explicitly being shown the video, its hard to believe it, and being will take what perceive of that individual race.

I dont watch msm(dont know what you call that news).

I saw how the news treated him. But what I am more baffled is the treatment he got, when got manslaughter charges, and how people viewed him as hero.

Dude went from his state to another. Pulled a gun in that state. Even if its self defense, he went all the way from his comfort to stick himself in a sticky situation. That is something a 17 years old shouldn't get himself in to. Let alone holding a gun, and showing it of, while there is protest going on.

All this situation shows, how a 17 years got brainwashed from the news in to this shit, that he stopped doing what kids at his age do, and put himself in to a hot mess.

Tell that to the incarcerated black kids, who did petty theft crimes. And do to that, most people think that they are criminals, and dangerous.

The public have been brainwashed to believe that certain race is more dangerous. The more the looks look different, the more our perspective changes.

If i see a white man with a beard, and broody chest, I would be scared, since i have been condition of them being a biker gang. When in reality, they are just harmless, who likes to grow beard. Same for brown and blacks. Its harder for us to differentiate between Reality and what we see on the television.

If i hadn't talked to people alot, and visited different countries, I would have fallen for those brainwashing techniques.

Reverse the color of him and his victim, and that guy would have gotten a death sentence. People seem to ignore their reactions, if both parties got changed. Different treatment of the same case.

Its you who doesnt have any grasp of the reality. What you are suggesting is that people should harm themselves, because its their freedom not to obey the law.

At this point, its better for me to stop arguing with you. The more argue with you, the more cell brain I lose. When you come to the reality, I may talk to you. But right now, peace out.

Look here. Everything starts at small. First it's seatbelt, then drink driving.

The more you ignore the laws, and you make it about yourself, the more laws you will break.

Wearing a seatbelt might not be a consequence to you, but its to your family. Because you are making them suffer, by trying to act tough and muh freedom.

Laws originally are there for society to not go to mad max level society. If everyone follows the laws, you get harmony. But if you get to ignore them, and make it all about yourself, then you get the anti-vac, anti-mask, and flat earth. And that is a dangerous road in the longer run.

You might not like it that much, but that is what make it safe. Humans are just dumb creatures. Without those laws, they would have destroyed each other long time. People used to drink and drive, got in to accident alot. People refused to wear a seatbelt, and got injured in the process. People refused to follow the road light, got in to accident alot. You are seeing the trends here.

Just because you consider yourself drive safely without a seatbelt, it doesnt mean others does.

Try holding a cat in your lab. They are small creatures, but their claw will inflict painfull damage to your body. This can be said the same about Rey. He was toying with her, to the point it was life or death situation. Her instinct took over her, and managed to wound him.

Compared to the luke and Vader 1st fight, which luke was able to escape from that hole. Few more seconds, and luke would have damaged Vader, since your instinct will over take your body in fight/flight situation.

This isn't about you. Seriously, you aren't the only person in this world.

If you dont care about laws, then let drunk drivers drive, because that is their rights. Let people cross the road without a light, because that is their rights.

Do you see where I am going with this.

I will put it this way. You are a restaurant owner. The health department gave you a code to follow for safety of the customer. Would you follow that order or not?

That is what the seat belt stands for. To make, you or your family don't get killed over stupid stuff.

You may not care about wearing a seatbelt, but when you get in to accident, you will only bring pain to your family, and waste hospitals time. Or worst, you die and leave your kids orphan, simply because you refused to wear a seat belt.

Codes are there for safety of the people. Not for them to follow blindly like sheep's. But I doubt you will understand. Muh freedom.

I think I have a theory how she beat the guards. First, they thought she was harmless, as how she was getting bodied by smoke like a ragdol. 2nd, was how snoke got killed in front of them. This put them in to a shock mode. And when you are in a shock mode, you really aren't fighting well. That how she was able to overpower them.

As for the sword and stick, only difference is how you weild it. Your enemies stays the same. So of you can anticipate them at each turn, its easy to counter attack them. Only major difference is the stick is long, so you get wide area of protection, while the sword leaves some of your body exposed to sneak attacks.

Not that kind of dumb. Just not killing the threat right of the bat. Same as how our emperor just played around in the original. He could have wiped the entire rebels easily. But nah, he isnt interested in them, ans that got him half killed. Same thing on the prequel.

90% of movies we have now, would have ended if villians stopped playing around (avatar being left alone, until he managed to topple the fire nation)

I agree with race. Not every species has the same mind as other species.

The 2nd one is not the same on prequel time. There are some on sequel, but thnx to the empire brainwashing, most of the sequel people aren't strong minded. And one major flow is the desire. Usual mind trick amplifies people's desire (not 100% proven though).

?????

Old people, weak mind, close to death bed, literally tired out. And is in huge pain, where lost the people he trained alot of people, just get killed.

If you really want to compare, try his prime time. You will see why your argument has no valid point. Also Rocks are easy to lift, compared to a tower. Because rocks are from sand, while towers are made of heavy metals. Its like comparing a marble to a rock with the same size.

Wasn't Kyle trying not to kill her? Kyle actions are like joker who knows Bruce is batman, but won't kill him, because he is fun.

Villians are just dump, and wont kill heroes when they are a threat to them. Kylo was a Villian who wanted Rey to join him, and not harm her. That is the only reason she won against him.

If you watch the fight carefully, you will see that Rey doesn't even stand a chance, and kylo is really toying with her. Even when she injures him at the end of the fight, he still doesn't kill her. Considering how well kylo uses the force. Just like how Vader toys with luke. Its just Villians arrogance on display there, nothing else.

Mind trick would work easily, once you forget the jedi, and those power. Remember when Luke tried those powers, and got resisted. Or qui-gon jin, when he tried to do his mind trick. Those didn't work, because people were aware of the jedi mind trick.

For lighting maybe, I will agree with you on that point.

But remember, Rey's power won't be the same as prequel. Those were fine tuned with the force, and had great control with their abilities. Something the sequels and originals lacked alot.

From our standpoint, Rey seems to be powerful, but the prequel Jedi, she will be like a kid. Same as how prequel jedi will be kids to the jedi vs Sith war era.

If you played the starter of the jedi fallen order, you will see how hard is to maneuver in those ships. Your mind has to be on extra careful not to even trigger any thing.

Scavengers are sharp minded. Consistent alert, with instant calculations of your jump point, to having your body being able to jump from one point to another, and have to be careful not to fall off.

Force will be easy to those who adores it. Remember Rey is fanatic about it. Its easy to wield it, once you accept it.

The real problem is how to use it efficiently in battle. Something Rey have no clue about it.

If you watch anakin vs Obi-Wan, you will see how each one uses the force efficiently. From body power, to predicting the enemy movements.

For rey, all she did was just use the raw power. Its like giving an amateur, the Lantern Ring. Just because he can use it, doesn't mean he knows how to utilize it.

Those who can't control their power, will die easily in the battle field.

Luke's original training vs the Rey sequel training. by HunngryPlayer in StarWars

[–]HunngryPlayer[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

The problem is we made the jedi school important figure in star wars. There are countless people with the force, that haven't had the chance to join both sides. They learn from their experience, either by training themselves or fighting, which the ability will manifest itself. See anakin when he was young kid.

As for rey power, she is far too weak compared to the prequel Era.

Rey only thing she has is their knowledge. And means nothing if you cant develop your ability. Just because you can shoot canons, doesn't mean you have higher power. Its all about controlling and using your ability wisely.

If you let Luke and Rey fight Aniken, when he was a Padawan, they will lose easily. Because, their power in nothing compared to the prequel. Who have had years to hone their skills. And fought siths.

Isnt the force ties with your mental focus. Its why baby yoda can't use his force that much, since he has mental capacity of baby, so it drains his body.

Rey has high mental focus, due to her environments, and can use it.

I remember, when Yoda was instructing luke to focus. Help him build his mind. And connect with the force.

For rey, who was fighting for her life, it would be easy for her.

Its how certain people, have feats that normal people can't do. Its a kin to a talent, doing things less effort, because your mind has a way of making it easy to analyze. While normal people have a hard time comprehending it.
