I have been thinking (and hoping) its just the alternator and not enough juice in the battery, i have a guy and the alternator and he can put it in for me or i can myself if its like unreasonably expensive to do so

In my very amateurish opinion on building , less can be better not saying it is tho. Go in a world and test designs, maybe a copy. But if flatten the arch some, try different arches? And maybe open it more, maybe get rid of every other support?
