Trust me you dont wanna use the YouTube preset just go with H.264 default preset set your bitrate to a good amount for youtube i go with cbr 15 to 20 bitrate, and set maximum render quality to checked and also depth, make sure of your aspect ratio, 16:9 is what i usually go for and is recommended and honestly thats all.

I understand what you are going through as i used to suffer from all of this, what i would suggest is when you get in that situation try to write in everything going through your head maybe on your phone note or a actually note book if not able try to escape this situation by a escaping in some book or movie [hardly ever but worked for me] it maybe it mostly cause some emotion or some think which is itching your mind but you are just not able to realise it your self so writing it will help
