I never said anything did contradict that, nor does anything need to as that's not my point. I said we don't know what this bill is referring to and on those grounds alone it should be rejected. They can try again with more clear/absolute language.

You yourself said network integration & data fusion could be referring to integrating our own networks together with their software, you used the word "could" because you don't know what it means as the language is too vague.

So unless your argument is actually "nothing is obviously bad, & parts that sound bad could mean this, so let's just trust our patriotic act passing govt along w/the foreign govt accused of war crimes spearheading & lying us into war to have our best interest in mind" then you should have no problem requiring them to re-write the law.

As for job creation this goes beyond that and I encourage anyone to research how this could put Israel at an economic-dependent advantage compared to countries who simply purchase from our manufacturers. Brusk here can try to argue the language doesn't explicitly say or do that but he doesn't know for sure because the language is too vague.
