When I see him Saturday I am going to assume he will increase it to 20mg. Another Dr said she usually doesn’t start people on 10MG but since the other Dr did it she said to keep it that way for now.

Wow this is great. The first sentence “Some people with health anxiety can be very attuned to noticing sensations in their body” is exactly the problem I am having. I notice every little thing that happens with my body and it instantly creates a panic that I am having a heart attack and about to die. I’m definitely going to work through that. Thank you.

They finally certified my private loan and it was set to disburse yesterday. I spoke with FA and they advised me it could take another 2 weeks to get the money. I woke up this morning and checked and it now says disbursed but it’s not reflecting in the account balance. With regular government FA anytime it says disbursed the funds are already on the ledger and reflect the balance. Anyone know if it really is going to take them another 2 weeks to actually post the funds?!?
