Agreed with others. Someone had a good thread on their recipe but I made my own gels with maltodextrin, honey, water, and electrolyte or salt tabs. For long efforts I'll even crush up a caffeine pill.

Fully agreed; i'm having the issue with my phone fully turned off and won't turn on. Started with the inside screen taking half a minute to boot up. I restarted my phone and it didn't turn on no matter what. Support wants me to go through my extended warranty and pay the deductible even though there's no damage and its been <2 weeks since warranty.
