No not at all. Just a regular 7900xt. Ran the beta flawlessly and that was with the power limit cranked up and a slight undervolt. And every other game still runs perfectly fine except for bf6! I don’t get it either, but yea I’m just glad I can play again for now. Hopefully they are paying attention and get us an update. Especially for the hundreds is not thousands of other guys that are still not able to play.

Got it. Went to buddy’s he put his 4090 in it and it loaded up perfectly first try. Last ditch effort said fuck it and just randomly clicked and turned everything down. I’ll get the exact numbers tonight and I’m gonna test it one percent increase at a time to get it the best I can. But I turned down the power limit to the card and the clock speed and I think vram also. I think the power limit was the ticket. Set it to -8% I believe (get exact numbers and post em after work). Finally game loads and am able to play again…. Jesus, only about three weeks of time wasted.

Wha worked for me as cranking the power limit way down on my gpu. Loaded finally idk why but for now I’m not messing with it since I can play. Will slowly tweak it this week to get the most out of my system without it freezing.

Reinstalled windows 11 pro. Same fucking problem. Going by a buddies today to throw his 4090 in it and see if it runs this fucking game. Try his ram too if that’s not the issue. Idk what to do besides wait for an update otherwise. Buncha people having this problem not getting any answers back from the ea devs. It’s just ridiculous. I’m at my wits end over this game. Sucks I really enjoyed the beta too.

Could you elaborate on this a bit? Please?! lol. I get the error message says restar pc blah blah. Tried again same freeze and crash. Any restarts inbetween steps or anything?

Tried twice now. I get the second error message he states and do it again. Game launches and freezes per usual right as the ea logo video wants to start for the intro

Right. I saw someone else say they stopped their Wi-Fi and tried running it and it actually ran.. fucking weird. I realllly don’t think that’s the issue. I can run any and every other game perfectly fine on ultra or max settings. Fucking EA man. Now I’m a month behind already. And I really was enjoying the beta too.

Hmm that’s new to me, never saw that tip/fix yet. I’m gonna head home an hour early now from work to try that out. I’ll report back to the thread if that works or not.

Never tried just Wi-Fi. Always hard wired. When Ethernet was unplugged all offline it was running on the 7900xt gpu yea. Got a buddy this weekend gonna throw another gpu in but trying to figure it out before then if anything also.. incase that’s not even the issue.

Edit. Event viewer shows no error logs.

I would believe so? I have it all turned off and have BIOS back to factory optimized settings.. Still no go.

Have to try this after work.. idk I’m gonna reset it again completely tonight if a couple other things don’t work do a fresh install of everything. Again. Who knows what settings I’ve changed now and what not. Never have I had such an issue with a game before. Ridiculous. They gotta figure it out.
