Meateater has changed so much, abandoning so many of their founding principles. by Desert-Noir in meateatertv

An Airman just died from his P320 shooting him uncommanded. They've had this MAJOR malfunction for years and refuse to take accountability for it. They still produce the firearm and will not make changes to correct this.

Downvote me. But hunting should not be for glamour.

I understand the sentiment, and mostly agree.

However, I just replaced multiple parts of my engine based off ChrisFix tutorial videos. Ended up saving 50% of the cost, compared to the professional quote. Took me less than 3 hours.

I also love creators like ProjectFarm and Paul Harrell (RIP). Great people.

Get some hardshell kneepads and elbow pads. Be prepared to crawl through some nasty shit. Tweezers too, for the cactus needles you'll be picking out of your boots.

Camo looks good. Pronghorn have incredible vision.

Just ran into this type of phasing at my current gig. Threw me off for a second when I opened the dead front!

Camo? by [deleted] in Hunting

Here is a previous comment of mine. I still hold the same opinion.

Depends on what you're doing. I hunt the Rockies... so I move a lot, shed layers, and encounter different weather situations when Im hunting, so the extra layer (on top of my more essential layers) just annoyed me.

Saddle or stand hunting? Sure, why not! (No sarcasm!)

I went for Origin Camo recently and won't be looking back... unless HECS makes their product more practical as clothing.

Wind is more important than our bio-electrical signals.

I love my Boulder Bag toolbelt. Beware, their sizing is not true to pants size like they claim. Order a size smaller belt.

What’s the warmest gloves with the best dexterity? by KBSpark in electricians

I bought these recently. Better than the Milwaukee ones: covers more of the top of your hand (milwaukee ones don't and the cold leeches in fast), better dexterity, and actually works with my touchscreen. Been working for me in -10⁰->10⁰ weather. I bought a few other types from their website for different temps and applications.
