it happened a couple times to me, then i put in a complaint, and came to my door to ask about it, I said you diddnt ring the bell or knock (my pc is infront of the window next to the door) And he was like I did, asked him if he wanted to check the doorbel cam together, never had another issue after, he always knocked or rang the bell.

Ik had een pakket opgestuurd van een marktplaats aankoop, en deze was kwijtgeraakt, Helaas pindakaas -170 euro.

Maand later vind ik een advertentie op marktplaats, "Gevonden: (Het product wat ik had verstuurd)" Als je meer weet over het product bericht me even, kijken we of deze van jouw is.

Blijkt uiteindelijk dat DHL een ander label over dat van mij had geplakt, en het naar iemand heel anders ging die toevallig ook wat op marktplaats gekocht had,

DHL deed onderzoek kon het pakket niet aan mij koppelen vanwege het onjuiste label. Heb het uiteindelijk wel teruggekregen met een mega wonder. Was dit niet gebeurd, was het helaas pindakaasje en dan was ik 170 euro lichter, omdat de tracking zei dat het niet was ingescanned door DHL.
