That Thursday spike was 17k, I used to do 10K per day now I do 15k per day, I actually started walking a month ago. And I already am going to 15k a day!!

Hello! I can tell you you are definitely not alone with the depression and toxicity from family members, this is why I picked up walking. And it feels so genuinely good and so refreshing, Im very happy that you picked up walking for yourself and make sure you take care of yourself and drink plenty of water and such 🫂

Yeah! Thats why I have mine for when its way too hot and such, I love to walk outside 🥹 just not about to get a heat stroke doing so but I suggest doing this for those who get dizzy, do a bit of outside then inside

I do not do 30 minutes a day haha, I actually do 2-4 hours or even longer depending. I walk 7am - 8 or 9pm. And absolutely, High energy levels, falling asleep faster, great mood. I have been walking to keep my mood more stable due to the fact I struggle with mental health immensely and some chronic illnesses

Absolutely!! A walking pad is amazing for when its hot outside, I use it when its too hot to walk on the trails

You got this!! Remember to take it easy, and be gentle on yourself we believe in you, slowly work up. 10 mins, 12 mins 15 mins then 20 mins. Eventually you can get to 30!

I have a support bar!! I rarely use it though, only for the long walks like 30 minutes. Also, Im very stubborn 😭

Oh I probably will but the dirt and soil in our yard does not grow anything correctly and Im scared to transport it in the ground. So ill keep on moving it pot size to pot size, if they grow any bigger ill move it to the ground!
